The Group has established relationship of long-term strategic cooperation with large state-owned enterprises.

In 2012, the Group incorporated joint ventures with China National Gold Group Corporation and Tobacco Group respectively, establishing stable and deep long-term cooperative relationships with them.

Entrusted by the two state-owned enterprises and by leveraging its own advantages, the Group searches for quality large-scale mineral resources at home and abroad by various means while abiding by legal procedures and local laws and regulations, and jointly develops mines with them.

The joint venture established by Zhongtu Mining Group and China National Gold Group Corporation intends to invest RMB 1-10 billion in a single project as the investment object; the joint venture established by the Group and Shandong Tobacco Group intends to invest RMB 0.1-1 billion in a single project as the investment object.
